The Business Coherence Framework follows a structured, six-stage process:

  1. Diagnostic – to identify and understand what and  where things are out of alignment

  2. Clarity – define and articulate the business purpose, priorities and direction

  3. Alignment – connect strategy and people to measurable and repeatable actions 

  4. Integration – embedding this into day-to-day operations to produce results

  5. Rhythm – establishing consistent ways and patterns of working

  6. Review – maintaining alignment as the business and market evolves
