Meet Jo Hanlon

I work with business owners and leaders who know something isn’t quite right, even if they can’t immediately put their finger on it.

Over the past 18 years, I’ve worked across start-ups, small and medium businesses, and with Boards up and down the eastern seaboard of Australia.

Across all of that experience, I kept seeing the same thing, it wasn’t capability that was always missing, it wasn’t effort, businesses just weren’t aligned.

How I Work

When a business is aligned from Purpose to KPIs, Vision to Values and Strategy through to Actions, it works. It may not work perfectly - but it does work more naturally and with less friction. Clearer communication and transparent congruent decisions have a greater chance of people focusing in on the same direction, leading to happier engagement and satisfaction.

My approach is practical, grounded, and human. I don’t bring off-the-shelf solutions.

I work with you to understand what’s really going on so we can agree on what needs to shift. Sometimes it’s structure, sometimes it’s leadership, often, it’s both.
